Relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia should at least after the Islamic Revolution have seen relations that have seen a lot of landing. Although in some cases these relations have been in cooperation and in some cases also contradictory, but what is evident in the relationship between Iran and Saudi Arabia is the threat posed to Saudi Arabia by Iran after the revolution, which, in the light of that, Their area is also affected. Although these threats have existed since the Islamic Revolution of Iran for Arabia, the events of a recent decade, especially the invasion of Iraq, have caused this threat to reach its peak, and if, after the revolution, it intends to curb Iran at its internal borders After the occupation of Iraq, considered Iran's threat as a regional one and sought to prevent it. The purpose of this article is to examine the threats posed by Saudi Arabia towards Iran at the regional level. Regarding what has been said, the main question of this article is what has been the response from Iran to the threat posed by Iran to Saudi Arabia? The hypothesis of this article is that the threat posed to Iran has led Saudi Arabia to take an aggressive stance against Iran and counter balance it. This article, using a descriptive-analytical method, uses Stefan Walt's Threat Equilibrium Approach to explain this issue.
