This report analyzes Quality Function Deployment (QFD) for Automotive Dashboard. One of the business strategies is to know what they basically want from this product and help them achieve customer satisfaction. QFD is the best way to convert customer requirements and needs into quality characteristics and develop a product with design quality. This report analyzes the specifications for selecting dashboard units with customer preferences and converts them into engineering characteristics. Customer voice is taken as the first step, evaluates their importance and creates a quality picture by considering all real-time aspects.
