The promotion of China's power can be considered in the areas of hard and soft power. In terms of increasing and expanding China's hard power, it can be said that this country has experienced rapid growth in terms of financial and economic criteria and measures over the last three decades. In terms of soft power, the country, with its element of culture, and in particular with its effective foreign policies, has been able to gain significant influence at regional and global levels. The present study seeks to answer the fundamental question of what is the nature of China's soft power and on what principles and principles is it based? This study emphasizes the importance of Confucian culture in analyzing China's soft power fundamentals and demonstrates how China has been able to use its active economic and foreign policy tools to exploit diverse opportunities in cultural diplomacy.
